6. When disassembling the sealing structure, vacuum system and other parts on the furnace body, please clean them with alcohol or gasoline and after drying, apply vacuum grease and then assemble them on.
7. If the transmission parts are not allowed to limit, control failure, jamming and other phenomena, should immediately stop, do not force the operation, so as not to damage the machine parts.
8. After the vacuum sintering furnace is stopped, the vacuum in the furnace must be maintained at 66.5LPA or less.
9. Vacuum pumps, valves, measuring instruments, thermal instruments, electrical components and other supporting parts must be used, repaired and maintained in accordance with the technical instructions of the product.
In addition, high-temperature heat treatment furnace maintenance operations should be carried out without electricity. If the maintenance is carried out under electrified conditions, it must be carried out by professional maintenance personnel, while ensuring personal and equipment * safety. 5. High-temperature electric furnace is more complex, it is recommended that the use of a person, a person responsible for the strict implementation of novice training before use, check after use, operation and use to have records of equipment use regulations.

7. Before operation, you should clean the glass of the observation window, clean the inner wall of the furnace, observe the water pressure, observe whether the graphite in the furnace is damaged, observe whether the meter display is normal after the power is applied, and test whether the hydraulic system can work normally.
8. During the process of heating up the useful thermocouple, pay attention to the temperature deviation of comparison and infrared, such as temperature deviation, should use the infrared aimer to observe whether the infrared meter is aligned.
9. High-temperature electric furnace should be sent after a year of use of the instrument for calibration.
