Note the following

1, The liquefied gas used in the controlled atmosphere furnace is stored in the cylinder in a compressed liquid state, and the ambient temperature of the cylinder is not allowed to exceed 45℃. Use to ensure the gas tightness of the liquefied gas pipeline to prevent fire and frostbite accidents.

2, Since the content of carbon monoxide in heat-absorbing gas without oxidation heating is high, special attention should be paid to ensure good ventilation in the room when using, and the sealing of pipelines should be checked frequently.

3, When the furnace temperature is lower than 760 ℃ or combustible gas and air to reach the mixing ratio, there is the possibility of explosion, so in the start and stop furnace should pay more attention to the operation, a reliable way is to ventilate and stop before the furnace with inert gas and non-combustible gas nitrogen or carbon dioxide blowing furnace chamber and furnace chamber.
