New D6 factory · Nantong, Jiangsu, China

A specialist in advanced sintering and vacuum joining.

Haoyue Technology develops and manufactures thermal processing equipment for research laboratories, pilot-scale development and industrial production. Our work connects furnace engineering with the material and process requirements behind each project.

With a base in Shanghai and manufacturing in Nantong, Jiangsu, we bring equipment selection, configuration, manufacturing and technical communication into one project conversation. Temperature, pressure, vacuum and atmosphere are considered together with tooling, controls and the operating environment.

We work across advanced ceramics, powder metallurgy, semiconductor materials, carbon composites and energy materials. The starting point is always the application: what needs to be processed, under which conditions, and how the result will be evaluated.

Shanghai

The starting point for company and project discussions, connecting material requirements with the right equipment route.

Nantong, Jiangsu

Our manufacturing base, where equipment configuration becomes an assembled system ready for inspection and project acceptance.

From a material question to an equipment plan.

  1. Understand the material

Start with the material, part geometry and process objective. Identify the temperature, atmosphere, pressure or load, and production scale that the equipment needs to support.

  2. Define the configuration

Review the chamber, hot zone, tooling, controls and site interfaces together. For a new material route, discuss whether a laboratory trial would help establish the equipment requirements.

  3. Agree the acceptance plan

Set out the inspection scope, test conditions, documentation and acceptance criteria before delivery. Equipment checks and material-process validation each need a clear, agreed scope.

  4. Plan for operation

Include installation, operator training, maintenance access and spare-parts needs in the project discussion. Define service responsibilities around the equipment and the customer's site.
